Data to Decision
From field data to organizational decisions
We integrate BIM models, drawings, point clouds and IoT data from manufacturing, construction and logistics sites into one digital space,
so that everyone involved can review the same thing and complete agreement, decision and approval.
Building the spaces that make this possible is our work.
PROCESS
The process that turns data into decisions
1Bring scattered data
into one space
BIM, drawings, point clouds, sensor data and business records. Assets of different kinds in different places become one object inside a digital space.
2Everyone decides,
seeing the same thing
Remotely and asynchronously, designers, contractors, managers and decision-makers agree, approve and hand the work to the next step in one shared digital space.
3From PoC
to full operation
Site-specific approval flows, exception handling and responsibility boundaries are solved with custom development. Components are built for reuse, so the next site moves quickly.
CASE STUDY
1Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. — Construction
D's BIM ROOM
― Visualizing BIM data in a digital space — full-scale verification and remote consensus before construction (2023)
Challenge Design BIM was complete, yet stakeholders did not share the same image of the building and changes kept occurring
Solution Co-developed D's BIM ROOM, where full-scale facades and materials are reviewed in a VR space at the construction site while remote stakeholders make decisions in real time
2Okuma Town, Fukushima Prefecture / selected by MLIT & GSI — Disaster prevention & public sector
3D Digital Archive of Disaster Heritage
― Recreating a restricted zone in a digital space with point cloud data (2026)
Challenge After the nuclear disaster, access to the area is restricted, and there was no place where multiple stakeholders could safely observe and discuss its current state
Solution Integrated point cloud data into a digital space, creating a disaster-prevention education venue where multiple people can observe and discuss at the same time
3Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. — Construction
Osaka Marubiru Legacy
― Using existing BIM data — experiencing and sharing the old and new Marubiru in AR (2025)
Challenge The replacement of the Osaka Marubiru, demolished due to aging, needed to be known by more people
Solution Delivered an app for the former Marubiru site, which serves as a bus terminal during the Expo. Visitors can view its history and memories and experience the old and new Marubiru in AR
OUR PATH
From spatial computing to field data in practice
2020
Connecting sites, recording space
Launched an XR-based remote communication system, connecting sites and offices with 3D information. At the same time, began digital archiving using photogrammetry.
2021
Broadening fields and uses
2022
A foundation for enterprise work
Renewed the platform to support far more than remote meetings — diverse enterprise work. Adoptions grew across manufacturing, construction, medical and education, and custom development on the platform also began.
2023
Connecting design data to the work
2025
Turning spatial data into services
2026
From preservation to usable records
Moved from photogrammetry to 3D Gaussian Splatting. Reported the Okuma Town / Kumamachi Elementary School archive together with Fukushima Prefectural Museum and Okuma Town — turning it into 3D data that goes beyond viewing and is usable in work, recording even the technology's limits and preservation methods.
Next
Spatial data as organizational knowledge
Connecting accumulated spatial data to AI and data utilization, so it can be found and put to use within the organization.
